All content provided through MyEphemeris, including but not limited to horoscopes, natal chart interpretations, transit analyses, AI-generated readings, compatibility reports, and astrological forecasts, is for informational and entertainment purposes only.

AI disclosure

The Oracle and daily briefing features are powered by artificial intelligence (AI). You are interacting with an AI system, not a human astrologer. Responses are generated by a large language model based on your chart data and current planetary positions. AI-generated readings may contain inaccuracies or errors.

AI-generated readings should not be relied upon for making significant life decisions.

Astronomical data

Planetary positions are calculated using the Swiss Ephemeris (Moshier mode), the same computational engine used by professional astrologers worldwide. All calculations run in your browser via WebAssembly. Your birth data is processed locally and is not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly create an account and save your chart.

We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any astrological information or interpretation provided. You acknowledge that any reliance on such information is at your sole risk.

We specifically disclaim all responsibility for any liability, loss, or risk incurred as a consequence, directly or indirectly, of the use of this application, including any actions you take or refrain from taking based on content provided through the service.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Privacy

Birth chart calculations run entirely in your browser. Your birth data is not transmitted to our servers unless you create an account. If you create an account, your birth data is stored encrypted and is never shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
